All items are shipped unbroken, damaged, ripped, torn, used 

Once item leaves our hands and put into the posties we don’t have any control on what happens if something does happen 

We do not offer refunds or replacements if anything like that was to happen as it’s out of our control and we would be loosing money 

If something like that was to happen please take it up with the post office
